ACCA F7 is a second level accounting paper testing understanding and time management, it is a step up from the double entry bookkeeping learned at F3 and is a link leading to P2 advanced Corporate Reporting. This course is designed to develop your knowledge and skills in understanding and applying accounting standards, and the theoretical and regulatory frameworks when preparing the financial statements of groups and individual entities. However it will enable you to broaden your understanding of applying accounting standards to the preparation and analysis of financial statements. 


By the end of this course, the successful candidate should be able to:

  • Discuss and apply a conceptual and regulatory frameworks for financial reporting
  • Account for transactions in accordance with International accounting standards
  • Analyze and interpret financial statements.
  • Prepare and present financial statements for single entities and business combinations in accordance with International accounting standards


Nuraddin Samadzadeh (Masters from Stockholm School of Economics, CFA Level 3 Candidate, ACCA Candidate)

Nuraddin Samadzadeh is co-operating with Headstart-International for several years  and his students differ from others for their accomplishments. He has more than 4 years of experience in the audit of financial statements of companies operating in banking, insurance and metallurgy industries. He has worked in different audit companies, such as PwC, Deloitte and EY which are included to Big Four. Now, he is a lead auditor in EY.

Nazli Khankishiyeva (Master in Finace)

Nazli is a qualified accountant and holds ACCA qualification. She is currently working in EY. She has a vast experience in auditing of telecommunications, oil & gas and metallurgy sectors. Her areas of specialization are auditing, accounting and finance. Nazli is currently teaching financial accounting in Azerbaijan State Economic University. Nazli was able to complete all ACCA exams within 2 years. She believes that hard working and practice are the milestones of the accounting studies.
