Brief Information

The training expands on the holistic, conceptual understanding of the Change Management, demonstrates different Change Management models broadly discussing the nature of resistance to change. The presentation material explains definition(s) used to describe the Change Management process and what is behind them, as well as discusses potential obstacles and challenges organisations and employees face during the process of change, where a great focus is given to the role of HR at every stage of this complex process.

The training event is designed to be conducted in an interactive mode with real-life examples, role plays and a case study involved. It also contains a number of relevant learning videos (in English).
