Elnur Mammadov has a Masters degree in Law and a finance experience, as well as MBA from EADA. Before joining the TLS practice of PwC Azerbaijan, he worked in the various international companies and passed the career path from the position of Accounts Clerk to Finance Manager.
He has participated and still working in a number of international projects and has made significant author contribution to various research works, such as Word Bank ADB Report. He is also a contributor to the IBFD with regard to Corporate Taxation in Azerbaijan.
• Accelerated path from Junior Consultant (in 2009) to Senior Manager in 5 years. Development of the business case, as well as TRS team in PwC Azerbaijan (increase in client and revenue portfolio by 45% and 30% respect).
• Issuance of NAS in Azerbaijan (joint project with Ministry of Finance). Participation in Development of PwC multinational efficiency, sales, and business development. Development of IFRS conversion tool to determine the tax impact of moving to IFRS and the potential tax accounting issues. Contributor into the Doing Business Guide issued by the World Bank on the annual basis (20011-till present)
• Being a teacher in one small group with 16 students on teaching "Tax", "Tax Accounting", "Payroll", "Local Reporting" and now planning to train on a "Leadership" as well.
